Your order will be processed upon clearance of your payment. You will receive my bank details with the order confirmation email. (If you are depositing into my account at the bank or by internet banking, please ensure that you use your name and the order number as a reference so that I can identify your payment.).
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery of your fionabassánt cushions, although under normal circumstances I will aim to have them to you within a few days.
Returns, Refunds, Freight and Appro Policy:
All fionabassánt cushions have a 14 day money-back guarantee provided they are returned in perfect condition.
Prices do not include freight - NZ freight will be calculated in your shopping cart at the rate of $10 for 1 or 2 cushions and $5 per cushion thereafter. I am happy to ship internationally - please enquire using the form above.

You are welcome to collect your purchase directly from my workshop overlooking the picturesque Ruamahanga River - and enjoy a bit of country hospitality at the same time! Please let me know by phone or email and I will have the coffee machine on and your cushions ready and waiting for you.
